Everything Bagel Cannellini Bean Hummus

by Emily

Everything bagel cannellini bean hummus is a quick and easy recipe for a creamy dip that pairs perfectly with crisp veggies for an afternoon snack.

Have you ever thought what can I sub for chickpeas in hummus? White beans like cannellini beans are perfect to use in a hummus dip. I prefer to use cannellini beans as they have a creamy texture resulting in a smooth and rich dip.

This hummus recipe is a healthy snack option especially when paired with vegetables like peppers, carrots and cucumbers. It is vegan and oil free; using just a few plant based ingredients.

This white bean hummus comes together easily in just a few minutes. You will need a food processor or high speed blender to make the magic happen. I used my blenders ‘dip’ setting and the hummus came out the perfect thick & creamy consistency.

You can find everything but the bagel seasoning at Trader Joe’s or similar seasoning blends at most grocery stores. You can also make your own everything bagel seasoning. Make a batch of seasoning by mixing: sesame seeds, flaky sea salt, minced garlic, minced onion, black sesame seeds and poppy seeds.
