Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Protein Balls are a bite sized snack to curb your sugar cravings and give you the energy you need to keep your day going. These are my favorite protein balls to make because they have just enough chocolate to satisfy without me having to indulge on something unhealthy. Great for a mid day office snack, late night treat or on the go after a workout.
These Cookie Dough Protein Balls are simple to make and only require a few ingredients. Grab a bowl, mix it all together and roll up some healthy cookie dough goodness. This Cookie Dough Protein Ball recipe is vegan and gluten free. My go to vegan chocolate chips to use are Mini Enjoy Life Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips. To make this recipe vegan be sure to use agave or maple syrup instead of honey. Also choose a plant based protein powder like this or this or this cookies & cream protein powder would be delicious!

Vegan Cookie Dough Protein Balls
Ingredients
- 1 cup vanilla vegan protein powder
- 1/2 cup Almond Butter
- 1/4 cup Agave Syrup
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 3 Tbsp mini diary free chocolate chips
- 1-2 Tbsp almond milk
Instructions

Add all ingredients in a bowl and mix together.

Use hands to roll into 1 in balls.

Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
