Raisins- full of natural sugar, fiber and potassium.

Easy Vegan Oatmeal Raisin Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
- ⅔ cup mashed banana about 2 ripe bananas
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup raisins
- 1 tsp vanilla extract optional
Instructions

Heat oven to 350°F.

In a bowl mash 2 bananas to get about 2/3 cup.

Mix in remaining ingredients.

Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

Spoon cookie dough onto cookie sheet. Use spoon to shape cookie as desired as it will not spread out.

Bake 12-15 minutes. Makes about 10 cookies.

Delish! And I absolutely love that there are only 4 whole food ingredients, none of which are added sugars! I added some cinnamon and they’re great. Do your store these on the counter, or in the fridge?
