If you love ginger this Sweet Ginger Green Juice is the juice for you! It’s sweet, has some greens with a ginger kick. Ginger is great for digestion and the immune system.

Weather you are on a cleanse or just trying to stay healthy juicing is a great way to add more fruits & veggies and their accompanying minerals & nutrients into your diet.

Sweet Ginger Green Juice

Tools You Will Need:

Juicer (THIS is the juicer I have, its great for a juicing newbie)

Peeler

Cutting Board

Knife

Sweet Ginger Green Juice

Servings 16 oz

Ingredients

  • 1/2 bunch spinach
  • 3 stalks celery
  • 2 small green apples
  • 1 pear
  • 4 inch ginger

Instructions

  1. Wash all your fruit and veggies. Peel ginger.
  2. Cut apples & pear into slices, remove core.
  3. Juice all ingredients.
  4. Enjoy!

Recipe Notes

Use less ginger for less of a ginger kick.

If not consumed right away store in airtight container in refrigerate for up to 48 hours.
