I love this Sesame Peanut Dressing to give an Asian flavor to salads, noodles and more. Put this peanut dressing on my Thai Noodle Salad.

Sesame Peanut Dressing

Servings 1 cup
Ingredients
- 1 TBSP toasted sesame oil
- 2 TBSP rice vinegar
- 3 TBSP soy sauce
- 1 inch fresh grated ginger
- 2 TBSP Agave Syrup or maple syrup
- 3 TBSP olive oil
- 4 TBSP peanut butter
- 1/2 tsp ground mustard
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions

Add all ingredients into a small bowl. Microwave the peanut butter for a few seconds for smoother mixing.

Mix together with a fork or whisk until smooth.

Cover and store in refrigerator until using.
Recipe Notes
If dressing is too thick for your preference add in more oil and/ or vinegar.
