Easy Oil Free Tahini Dill Dressing

by Emily

Have fresh dill you want to use but every recipe seems to have oil? This tahini dill dressing is creamy, oil free and takes just 5 minutes to make.

I am a big fan of homemade dressings. You know exactly what ingredients you are putting in and it’s a great use of fresh herbs.

This tahini dill dressing uses sweet fresh aromatic dill which makes the dressing vibrant and refreshing. Dill is often in season in spring and summer. Pair this dill dressing with green spring veggies in a salad or even some roasted potatoes.

A light and healthy dressing, this easy tahini dill dressing is:
oil free
dairy free
refined sugar free
simple
& creamy

Making this recipe is easy & simple. You use less than 10 simple ingredients. Why no oil? Many dressings use oil however oil provides little nutritional value for the high amount of calories. Instead of using oil we use tahini for a healthy and creamy fat and focus on flavor from the lemon and fresh dill.
