Sesame Peanut Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 TBSP toasted sesame oil
  • 2 TBSP rice vinegar
  • 3 TBSP soy sauce
  • 1 inch fresh grated ginger
  • 2 TBSP Agave Syrup or maple syrup
  • 3 TBSP olive oil
  • 4 TBSP peanut butter
  • 1/2 tsp ground mustard
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients into a small bowl. Microwave the peanut butter for a few seconds for smoother mixing.
  2. Mix together with a fork or whisk until smooth.
  3. Cover and store in refrigerator until using.

Recipe Notes

If dressing is too thick for your preference add in more oil and/ or vinegar.
