I say look for the ones using many fresh & whole plant ingredients, with lots of fruits, veggies and whole grains. The How Not to Die Cookbook is one of my favorite cookbooks! Each recipe checks off healthy ingredient groups from Dr. Gregers daily dozen list (featured in the book How Not to Die) in the recipe like berries or greens.
