Ingredients

  • 1 Frozen banana
  • 1/3 Cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Chai plant protein powder
  • 2 Tsp Flax seed
  • 1 Cup vanilla soy milk Sweetened or unsweetened
  • 1/2 Tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice or Cinnamon
  • Walnuts or Pecans optional topping

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to blender
  2. Blend until smooth
  3. Optional to top with crushed walnuts or pecans
