Vegan 7 Layer Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Cups graham cracker crumbs about 1 sleeve
  • 1/2 Cup vegan butter
  • 1/2 Cup Pecans chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Walnuts chopped
  • 1 Cup Shredded Coconut sweetened
  • 1 Cup chocolate chips vegan
  • 1/2 Cup peanut butter
  • 1 Can Coconut Cream 15 oz

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Melt butter in small sauce pan or in microwave.
  3. Stir graham cracker crumbs into melted butter.
  4. In a greased 9x13 pan spread mixture and push with fingers to form into a crust.
  5. Sprinkle one layer at a time, pecans, walnuts, shredded coconut and chocolate chips.
  6. Drizzle peanut butter over top. If peanut butter is too thick heat a few seconds in the microwave until a more liquid consistency.
  7. Open can of coconut cream and mix with a spoons as it may have separated. Pour cream evenly over the top.
  8. Bake in 350 oven for 30-35 minutes until edges are golden brown and center is set.
  9. Cool completely before cutting.
  10. Enjoy!

Recipe Notes

If you use graham crackers one sleeve in a food processor will be roughly 1 1/2 cups.
