Add the first four ingredients to a bowl and mix.
Let set in refrigerator 2 hours to overnight.
Mix chia pudding, add a splash of almond milk if too thick.
In a blender or food processor puree strawberries then blueberries (in separate batches)
Separate chia pudding into 3 bowls.
Add strawberry puree to one bowl and mix.
Add blueberry puree to one bowl and mix.
Spoon a little of each chia mixture into 4 cups to create a vanilla layer, strawberry layer and blueberry layer.
Enjoy right away or cover and refrigerate for up to 5 days.
Sub your favorite berry for strawberry or blueberry.
You can also puree the berries together to create a mixed berry layer.
