extra firm tofu

cumin

thyme
1/2
tsp
turmeric powder

tsp
salt

nutritional yeast
pepper to taste
Instructions
Heat olive oil over medium- high heat in a large skillet pan.
Sauté garlic.
Crumble drained tofu in bite sized pieces and add to pan.
Sauté for about 10 minutes, stirring often.
In a small bowl stir the spices, salt and water together.
Add spice mix, nutritional yeast and pepper to pan.
Mix and cook about 5 minutes.

You do not need to press tofu as the water will cook out
