Cookies & Cream Protein Balls

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Almond Butter
  • 1/3 Cup Agave Syrup
  • 1/2 Tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 Cup Cookies & Cream Vegan Protein Powder or vanilla vegan protein powder
  • 1/4 Cup Coconut Flour
  • 6 Oreos or other sandwich cookie

Instructions

  1. In a medium to large bowl mix almond butter, agave, and vanilla extract until combined.
  2. Add protein powder and coconut flour, mix with a rubber spatula.
  3. Crush Oreo cookies by putting in a plastic Ziploc bag and smash with a rolling pin. Mix in crushed Oreos.
  4. Take about a 1-2 Tablespoons in your hand and roll into a ball. You should get about 20 1 inch balls.
  5. Store in an airtight container and place in the refrigerator or freezer.
