Preheat oven to 375º
In a small bowl mix ground flaxseed with 6 tbsp of water let sit 5-10 minutes or until thickened
In a large bowl add all ingredients (including flax "egg")
Use an electric mixer to mix batter until smooth
Line 8x8 pan with parchment paper, pour batter in pan making sure it is spread evenly
Bake at 375º for 30 minutes
Cool completely before serving
