Trail Mix Energy Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder plant based
  • 1/2 cup Oats
  • 1/4 cup Ground Flax Seed
  • 1/4 cup Sunflower Seed Kernels
  • 1/4 cup Shredded Coconut
  • 1/4 cup Slice Almonds
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Pecans
  • 1/4 cup Dried Cranberries (roughly chopped)
  • 1/4 cup Mini Chocolate Chips vegan
  • 1/2 cup Almond Butter
  • 1/4 cup Agave Syrup

Instructions

  1. Add all dry ingredients in a medium bowl and mix together.
  2. Add wet ingredients (Almond Butter & Agave). Mix together.
  3. Use hands to roll mixture into 1 inch balls. If the mixture is too dry add more Almond Butter or Agave.
  4. Store in fridge
  5. Enjoy!

Recipe Notes

  • Almond butter can be substituted for any nut butter
  • Agave syrup can be substituted for maple syrup or honey
  • If the mixture is a little dry add a splash of milk ( I prefer almond) or add more nut butter or liquid sweetener.
  • Mix up the types of nuts, seeds etc. you use
  • If the mixture is too wet add more oatmeal
  • Store the balls in baggies of 4 balls each to use as a quick grab-n-go snack.
