Ingredients

pumpkin puree

oats
dry, uncooked

cup
crushed pecans

Tbsp
Agave Syrup

Vanilla Protein Powder
plant based

ground flaxseed

pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
In a medium bowl add all ingredients and stir well to combine.
In your hands roll a TBSP sized amount into a ball.
Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.

If mixture is too sticky add more oats
Chilling the mixture will make it easier to roll into balls
